Loretta Gold is a UKCP-accredited Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist, Somatic Practitioner and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and couples through profound personal transformation.

Trained in the United Kingdom and now based in Los Angeles, Loretta travels extensively throughout the United States and Europe to work with clients at their chosen locations.

Her career bridges traditional psychotherapy with pioneering approaches to healing, integrating evidence-based psychotherapy, somatic practice, neuroscience and psychedelic-assisted therapy into a deeply relational and highly personalized approach.

Throughout her career, Loretta has worked across an exceptional breadth of clinical and community settings. Her experience includes psychiatric hospitals, creative arts therapy, women's shelters, refugee support, homeless outreach and private practice. These experiences have given her a rare depth and versatility, allowing her to meet each client without assumption or judgement, tailoring her approach to the individual rather than the diagnosis.

Today, Loretta works with entrepreneurs, founders, executives, creatives, public figures, couples and individuals from around the world seeking greater clarity, emotional freedom and meaningful change. While many clients come to address trauma, anxiety, grief or relationship difficulties, others are navigating significant life transitions, strengthening relationships, seeking deeper purpose, or simply asking, "What's next?"

Known for her grounded presence, warmth and insight, Loretta creates a therapeutic space where people feel genuinely seen, challenged with compassion and supported to reconnect with themselves. Alongside her private practice, Loretta teaches, speaks and facilitates retreats on psychedelic integration, trauma-informed care and transformational healing. She is passionate about advancing ethical, integrity-led approaches to psychotherapy and psychedelic-assisted therapy that honor both science and the human experience.

Loretta is also part of an invitation-only community of functional medicine physicians and practitioners, collaborating with leaders and innovators in integrative healthcare to provide multidisciplinary care, professional consultation and trusted referrals.
